The White Wolf, Gwynbleidd, The Butcher of Blaviken, Ravix of Fourhorn, or more commonly known, Geralt of Rivia, has been officially revealed as a playable character in SoulCalibur VI.
While fans initially speculated about Geralt’s inclusion in the PC release of Monster Hunter: World based on a teaser Tweet from Marcin Momot, the community leader of CD Projekt Red, a second look at the relationship between the company and publisher Bandai Namco points to another long-running franchise.
Fans of the series’ will find Doug Cockle (Geralt’s voice actor) and the Kaer Morhen playable stage appearing alongside the likes of other recent fighter confirmations, Ivy and Zasalamel.

Geralt will be available on all platforms, with SoulCalibur VI currently slated for a release later this year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
